Angel Fashion Show

The Angel Fashion Show is an incredible combination of performance art, fashion which includes their gorgeous bikinis, of course, and women showing up as themselves and rocking their confidence.

What does it mean to represent Angel Competition Bikinis?  

Angel Competitions Bikinis is a competition suit brand started by NPC Bikini Athletes in 2013. To represent ACBikinis means you are an empowering, inspiring, and confident woman! Angel models showcase glamorous suits with poise, elegance, and personality.

What does it mean to me?

It means that I get a chance before my first shows to get out there, meet other incredible and strong women, and celebrate how far I’ve come not only over the last few months but most of all over the last 3+ years. I get to kick off my bodybuilding career with an epic party and infusion of confidence and badassery. It also means I get to make more forever friends and represent a suit brand that I love along with the incredible people behind it.

I finally got my images back from when I went to visit Angel in early October. Here is a look at what I looked like just over two months ago. I have changed a lot since then, but these are special to me as progress photos.

I asked the photographer, @stevensmithstudios, to leave my scars in every image. My scars are my story and, while I don’t like them at all, I want to encourage others to embrace every part of themselves and own whatever their story may be. While I fully own my story, I’m still working on embracing the scars. I mean, who wouldn’t want a smooth booty?? Seeing them in these images is helpful. Thank you, Steven!

Wonder Woman

Why on earth is there a Lego Wonder Woman at the top of this post? That is today’s Project 31 image – Lego Wonder Woman on my Wonder Woman practice suit. This was my very first bikini from Angel, my first infusion of bikini confidence, and also what Willa called me from a very young age. What better way to introduce my entry into the 2022 Angel Fashion Show?
